[ Those that have been down dietary dead-ends
[ can at least be friendly to beginners like Wes when they try to point out
[ pitfalls.

[ Wes has been cursed enough here. For instance, to tell him that his
[arguments
[ are "entirely illogical" is crude, rude, and abusive. I want to see Wes as a
[ major asset to this list, not chased off, filled with anger, and swinging,
[ naked, in a tree.

Jo sez:
Yup, I share your sentiments, Rex. Asking a contributor for clarifications
or references, yeah, that's to be expected. But personal attacks are
counter productive.

What I would've like to happen, is to have Wes stay on and continue his
posts. If something he said required a challenge, then this list would help
to expose any faulty lines of reasoning. Over time, we could witness any
changes in his diet and learn from his experiences. And he from ours.

Anyways, he would be a contributor.

Instead, what we have is a guy who is now pissed off, maybe unwilling to
explore RAF or cooked food or anything other than all-raw because of this
experience. In my opinion, Wes is now ready to calcify for personal
reasons. And that's a f**king shame.

Although leaving the list was his perogative, I somehow get the sense that
a bit more civility and compassion for his inexperience would have gone a
long ways here.
