David and Ellie, welcome to the list!
The local Co-op here in Santa Monica carries the Chevalis cheese. It
tastes divine and is much easier to digest than Steuves raw goat's
cheese. Maybe it is because goats in Washington have better access to
fresh grasses than goats in California.
