I have no idea, but I am aware that the functioning of my organs directly
effects my mental state, so I imagine there must be brain chemicals involved.
I eat raw foods.  So, I would theorize that as the organs function differently
with each food, so does one's mental state change, depending on how
susceptible to change they are.  It's not the food directly, but how the food
effects the organs...

But that's my theory, based on my experience.  I have no scientific facts...

I'd be interested to find out what exactly is going on...

I also feel like different foods cause me to operate out of different parts of
my brain...

But a lot of that I think is simply behavioral based on relationships to
foods...
