All, especially Ward,
If you were to come over tonight and look in my fridge, you'd find: carrots,
romaine, cucumbers, bok choy, corn, grapes, persimmons, watermelon, oranges,
potatoes, several types of whole grains (been sitting there for months) and
three kinds of nuts. On my counter are pears, a peach, bananas and kiwis.
These are what I eat almost always. Tomorrow I'll pick up a few things -
celery, broccoli, some apples and tomatoes. I think I'll reduce the amount
of fruit and get some different kinds of veggies. There, the silence is
broken!
W,
T.Y. for your thoughts on fruit, your point was well taken re
overmanipulation being like a child's pop up game. I am going to read
Protein Power by Drs. Eades. I have a dear friend who's diabetic who's doing
really well on this semi-Zone-like plan. He's cut his insulin to nearly none
and is concerned about my high fruit (and carbs in general) intake so lent me
the book tonight.
Smiles,
Sandy
