Tiina, It was great to hear from you. Tell me what do you eat on a
typical day being so far north, and how do you keep warm? You might, by
the way, have some competition from Alaska, where until recently there
was a raw food restaurant in Anchorage called "The Enzyme
Express".(Does anyone know if it still exists?)
Also, I am curious about the raw food training program. Anything you
could say about it would be appreciated.
