The aim of my January 15 post was not to renounce Darwinism but simply
to note that creationism is a noisy sideshow, upstaging quieter, more
coherent critics of the mainstream view.

Their nagging discontent is not shared by everyone (including, as we've
seen, some on this list).  For the curious, Taylor's book is a
thoughtful, non-polemical survey.
