    EXERCISE IF YOU HAVE ENERGY. REST IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENERGY.
Loren Lockman writes that exercise has "exacerbated problems of
arteriosclerosis, leading to a heart attack or stroke".
I agree with your writing, "These people would certainly have
benefited from
a complete rest."
I do not agree with you that exercise "exacerbated problems of
arteriosclerosis, leading to a heart attack or stroke".
The God within one's body would protect that body, by making one
faint,
before letting that body get worse, from too much exercise!
People who are on drugs which suppress warning symptoms from the God
within,
could get worse, with too much exercise! The God within would not be
able to
protectively react when people take suppressive drugs. Of course, all
drugs
are suppressive!
