Thanks for your post, and Janis too, on mercury.
I think they'll stay until I become aware that something is wrong, I can't
really complain at this point.
Lately rather than going fresh RAF, I low temp dry ostrich and buffalo at 95
degrees. Haven't been to Trader Joe's to get wild salmon (can't get it
locally) which I eat raw after thawing. May try other fishes (don't like the
tuna they were getting locally). Had some dried organic beef liver (yumm!).
Found a local source for venison and may alligator!
The jerky works well because I can eat it whenever I want and it stays. I
usually have a couple raw fertile eggs in the morning in my carrot juice (head
of organic lettuce) shake, as that is how I often start my day, unless I
particularly want something else, or those foods in pure form.
Juice helps energy. Lately I feel like eating bones, my joints feel hungry, I
am aware of my own bones. Anyone have any info on safe sources of raw bones?
I also want more fat.
