Thanks for the welcome!

Actually, the 2,500 is a bare minimum. I usually get 3,000 or more
calories per day. All raw. And I don't see your reasoning as to why
vegetarian diets are lower in calories. What makes you think that?!

Well here's an example: blended potato, tomato, spinach, sunflower
seeds, pure water. There are limitless things you can do. This evening,
with "supper", I ate a raw potato. I enjoyed it.

By the way, you don't necessarily need tubers for warmth in winter.
Soaked/sprouted grains are great, raw nuts, seeds, avocados, etc. are
all warming as well.
