Again, as I noted earlier, there is a lag between eating new foods
the body is not accustomed to eating & the production of the
necessary substances to properly metabolize the components of these
new foods. It is about a 2 week thing usually I believe. Of course
there may be a handful of individuals with this or that genetic lack
of a part of the normal biochemistry, but I think that if people
just gave it time & gradually worked new foods into the diet
that they would probably be O.K.
