Thanks to Tom and all others for their comments.

Besides humor (I laughed myself while writing it), the purpose of my post was to
show the extreme variety of diets and conceptions of toxicity (there would be
many other diets, of which I lacked knowledge to talk about, but the sample was
already good). What you believe in can be opposite to someone else's
conceptions, or even ridiculous.

Although my diet is (still?) close to an extreme, I believe in balance. This is
not to say that choosing an extreme diet is bad; in fact, (almost) all diets can
work wonders and can fail miserably. Avoiding a food because you believe it has
some undesirable effects is fine. But fear of a certain category of foods,
fanatical attitudes; strong beliefs not controlled by experience that some food
is detrimental to your health are mentally unhealthy attitudes.

I also consider that diet is an important subject, but shouldn't be taken too
seriously. It's just "lunch"...
