Work commitments now make it difficult to continue even just reading the
mail, interesting as it is from time to time.  I have enjoyed some of the
'conversations', even though I hav'nt taken part in many.

Just for the record - I have gone from 100% raw to about 85% cooked, and I
don't see much difference...  yet.

I'll probably look in sometime and say hullo; but for now its see you later and
