I concur with this.  On the second day of a fast, I tried to do my usual
Saturday 10-mile run with my husband.  I pooped out at 7 miles, and felt
awful (nauseous, faint, chills/sweats) later in the day.  I think
walking is fine, but I'll never try a long run during a fast again.
