Tom:
I agree with you, and thanks for clarifying my point. Fear of cooked
food constitutes an eating disorder when the fear is pathological
and obsessive. Simply avoiding cooked food because you find that raw
works better for you, or because certain types of cooked food are not so
good for you, is not an eating disorder.
