Call a few butcher shops.  They usually have the higher grade stuff.
My
grandfather was a cattleman in Coalinga, that is how I got my info.  I
see
the Harris trucks driving around, so I know it is here.  Since I eat
more
fish than beef, I have not been as picky about quality of beef as long
as it
is organic.
