I was blushing all over my body, my heart beat was very fast and
I felt so weak I had to sit down. After 20 minutes of sitting it
was over.

This is medicinically known as fish poisoning. According to
Psychrembel (medical handbook) it can last up to 24 hours (perhaps
if you eat cooked old fish and fool your instincts)
