The lesson, I think, is to STAY OUT OF HOSPITALS.  Avoid what is most
likely
to put you there:  pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, growth
hormones,
chemical additives, sugar, salt, grains, legumes, dairy and cooked
protein.
Eat whole, organically grown vegetables and fruit, and grass-fed
animals.
