I don't have any literature on this (would like to read more on it), but I
have heard women describe that their menstrual symptoms reduced on a raw
diet (2 months seems like a very short time for this to kick in). that
doesn't mean they do not ovulate, but rather that they simply did not
bleed very much.  there are ways to check your ovulation cycle. a good
book on this "Your Fertility Signals" by Merryl Winstein.
