No -- tofu is HEAVILY PROCESSED.

Tofu is no more raw than hummus or baba ghanouj
or ice cream.  Being cold does not mean that a food
is uncooked, unprocessed, or "unfired".
Refrigeration is not the ONLY condition
by which one defines "raw".

Try a carrot or a stalk of celery
