Hi Moira,

All fruits and vegetables contain calcium. However green vegetables
have the highest content. Some examples are spinach, swiss chard, kale,
dandelions, parsley, collard, chicory and mustard greens. Soybeans are
very high and as well as lentils. Soybeans have the highest content
with 1025 mg for 1 lb. of soybeans.

If you would like some recipes, send me an email and I will be glad to
send you some recipes. Just let me know what you like to eat. I am an
author of a up and coming raw food recipe book entitled. Living Food:
Love is the Answer. I love to share my creations with people and help
them on their path. I have been on a living foods diet for 2 years and
have had tremendous rejuvenation of my very sick body. I eat 95% raw
foods. I have some wonderful recipes with sprouted soybean. Soybeans
are wonderful for women going through menopause, helps to stablize the
hormones.

Love Peace and Joy
