Hi Shawn,

I'm not certain if Namah Shoyu is totally raw, but
the owner of Raw Food in San Francisco told me that he buys Namah Shoyu
in bulk and is willing to sell smaller quantities at cost.

This may not help you, since I don't know where you live.
But you might consider calling the owner (Juliano 415-665-5292) to find
out his source.

By the way, I tried substituting Bragg Amino, but it didn't taste the
same. (Probably isn't raw either.)

Please let us know if you find out that it is indeed totally raw.
