Yes, I eat raw fat, and my lipids profile is very normal and so is my
glycosylated hemoglobin. But I have a slighly damaged pancreas from
alcohol, and after I eat honey my glucose shoots to 270. My doctor says I
have no problem, but another professional on the Paleo list suggested
that the way I eat may 'hide' diabetes, so I wonder if it's safe for me
to eat much honey. Aajonus is also a recovering diabetic, and his clients
also do well on hi fat, low fruit, but they eat honey. I'm still looking
for answers. In the meantime, I'll cut down on honey.

My best, Ellie
