I think that at least David Ross (who gave you the info) and Karl Geitz
eat seaweed. Personally, I have tried dulse, and I found it very good, but
had a stop because the salty taste became too strong. You can also rinse
it briefly before eating, it become less chewy and less salty, and still
has a taste change.
