Tom:
Truth is not interested in your evaluation of it. Truth, like nature,
simply IS. Plagiarism, and representing oneself falsely, are the
opposite of truth. By chance, do you know any plagiarists? :-)

Tom:
You appear to be mis-representing Ric's diet. In conversations on this
list sometime last year (Spring; all in the archive), Ric wrote that he and
his family drank raw goat milk for years (they raised goats). Yes, it appears
that your role model, Ric, consumed raw milk - the "dreaded" RAF!! Horrors! :-)
So it seems that your "22 year raw-vegan" claim is apparently false. Again,
this info is in the archives of this list.

And yes, long-term raw vegans who follow the diet strictly (no binges,
cheating) are very, very rare - if they exist at all.
