It has been my observation that those who do well on high protein, meat
diets tend to be type O.  If you decide to give it a try it will be
interesting to see if this also is the case for you.

I am type A and experimenting with a semi-raw combination of the zone and
the blood type diets and seem to be slowly stablilizing on it. I have been
hypoglycemic and addicted to eating fruits most of my life and have lately
been able to kick my sugar habit for what I hope is for good.  I will
report back as I progress.
