Hi guys,

I have been making soymilk from sprouted soybeans. I take a cup of them,
blend them in a blender with 3 cups of water, and then cook the mixture
for about 10 minutes. I was wondering, is it okay to not cook the
mixture? I read in nutrition books that soybeans should always be cooked
before consuming. Does sprouting the grain change that rule? Please let
me know.

Larry
