On the contrary, the website says that

   " Sixteen dairies in Northern Ireland were visited as part of the
   preparatory work for the survey.
   In total 62 samples were collected, 31 raw milk and 31 pasteurised
   milk. Provisional results indicate the presence of Mycobacterium
   paratuberculosis in 10 raw milk samples and 6 pasteurised milk
   samples."

[Of course, that bacteria are present doesn't necessarily mean they
will cause disease, as I mentioned in my previous post.]
