How is this?

Heating of any fat at high temperatures, except for perhaps coconut
oil,
damages the fat (assuming they were not already damaged or unnatural,
as in
vegetable oils), and any fats that are damaged, or of an altered
molecular
configuration, in large part cannot be utilized by the body. To
whatever
degree they can be utilized by tissue, it will be poor quality tissue
susceptible to disease and inflammation (pain). Whatever fats are not
utilized by tissue, unless they are eliminated in the stool they must
accumulate throughout the body - in the intestines, in the arteries,
in the
joints. Eventually these unnatural accumulations, which humans were
not
designed to handle, will lead to deteriorating health and illness -
depending on an individual's unique inherent weaknesses or strengths,
and
other dietary and lifestyle habits, disease will occur either sooner
or
later, and will be either arthritis or heart disease or stroke, or
something
else, or combinations of these things or others. If a person avoids
these
fats and does a lot of other things right, then they might reach old
age
feeling like a healthy 21 year old, like my buddy Jack LaLanne.
