Hi All!
I've been very busy with work recently (fun stuff), so I haven't been able
to be as active on the list. Just thought I'd give a holler, and a quick
update on what I've been eating. I think it was February or March when I decided to try instinctive
eating, and found myself WILDLY attracted to mackerel, honey, and goat's yogurt. I
ate what seemed to be awesomely humongous volumes of those foods, along with
mangos, beef, bananas (loads of those), coconuts, and cherry tomatoes, for a
couple of months. Sometime in April honey started to not seem very
appetizing, and then became totally repugnant - to the point where I couldn't even think
about honey without getting squeamish. Mackerel has stayed OK until now -
but just OK. I'm not crazy for it at all, like I was a few months ago, where I
just could not seem to get enough of the stuff. The yogurt is still
attractive to me - but also seems to be getting less and less interesting as time goes
on.

My latest bad habit is another thing Kirt turned me on to (I'm blaming Kirt
for my whole romance with instincto eating) - and that is bone marrow. Yum.
I'm really really really enjoying bone marrow these days. R e e a a l l l l
l y y enjoying it. In fact, I'm having trouble writing a full sentence here
without interrupting it to scoop out some marrow from the bone sitting
beside me here on my desk. Just the thought of it makes me tremble with excitement.
What is the matter with me? I'm starting to worry about myself. ;-)

Anyway, that's how the instinctive eating is going with me. It sure is fun -
and it's interesting discovering the extent to which I had mentally
"interfered" with my own appetite (and lack of appetite).

Lots of Love to everyone -

Love Liza
