The 4 lbs were the sum of three meals. I had no possibility of getting
the same olives with two different salts. In fact I don't even know if
those olives were treated with natural or refined salt. But the proce-
dure is done at the producers before they ship them and so I guess they
take the cheapest available salt: refined one.

natural and refined would be the reason.

Yeah and I wonder if this is a sign for good health??? I find it ridi-
culous that I have problems with some lousy grams of salt! For me
personally it might mean that my kidneys haven't recovered fully from
my heavy metal intoxification yet. But for you and Karl?

Does this mean that you eat salty foods then? That's something I haven't
got. On one hand you write, you have problems with little amounts of
salt (so I guess you avoid it), on the other, that you lose lots of
water if you go on a fast. Can you educate me here?

Concerning seaweed: I have never found it attractive in my raw "career".
There was only one hot summer where I could eat tiny amounts of it and
it was clearly for the salt I had sweated out. But I never had a lumi-
nous phase where I could eat large amounts of it. :-\

Greetings with little or no salt,

Stefan
