Axel,

-If you really have candida you should eat less carbohydrate,
especially sugar, including fruit sugar. This is impossible if you are
raw vegan.

-Fruits cause more blood sugar problems than chocolate because
chocolate contains a lot of fat, which slows down the entry of sugar
into the bloodstream.

-Avocados don't help, because they contain a substance that inhibit
insulin secretion. See

-It is difficult to get enough calories on a raw vegan diet, unless
one eats a lot of fruit. But fruit usually causes blood sugar
problems, unless you exercise heavily to metabolize all that sugar.

-I find that very sweet fruit (e.g. dates) makes you feel thirsty,
but fruits like watermelon reduce your need for water.
