I think that L. acidophilus exists in powder of liquid form.

As for garlic, I read that aged garlic is as efficient against Candida as the
fresh one, and is better tolerated (less strong taste). Some aged garlic
extracts are sold, but I wonder if it's possible to age garlic at home and how
(what temperature, etc).
