Hi Roy - I recently started rebounding. That is light bouncing on a small
trampoline. It's an excellent aerobic exercise that that is low impact,
and extremely good for the oxygenation and cleansing the lymph system. It
resembles jumping rope, without the impact. It's rythmic, and pleasurable,
and they say 20 minutes equals 2 hours of normal jogging. I have used it
about a month now and do notice a difference in my sense of balance and
contact with the ground. When I do it, I can feel many things clearing and
adjusting. I recommend it as a powerful yet "easy" and pleasurable form of
exercise. it's small and fits in your home easily, so it's very easy to
fit in a day's schedule.
