Dear Peter,

Can you elaborate on the efficacy of freezing as a way of killing
microbes?  I've always believed that freezing meat and the like always
killed or devitalized larger multi-celled organisms such as nemotodes
and other parasitic worms but did not have too much of an affect on
microbes such as bacteria, viruses, etc.
