Hi John!

I've heard that it takes about five years to completely transiton, of course,
everyone's different.  I was a vegetarian for many years and vegan for one
before I discovered natural hygiene so the switch to 80% raw was immediate
and not particularly difficult because I had already made so many changes
along the way.  I would say it took about two years for chocolate and other
junk food cravings to stop once I realized what I had been doing to my body
(although I guess I never ate all that much of it as I was always slim - too
vain to get fat!).  Now, in all honesty, that stuff doesn't look tempting a
bit.  Substituting sweet fruit for my former goodies weaned me away.
