Please show me where I mentioned my statements as being "proof".

Jean-Louis asked for some sort of a reference, so I gave. I never stated
it as "this is absolute proof" or "this is the bottom line".

I suppose I could've just done nothing and not answered.

Heavy exercise is a stress to the body and immune system. Runners for
example can attest to this from experience. Pregnancy is a stress to the
body in many ways, which includes the immune system. This isn't to say
pregnancy is bad news, after all, we wouldn't be here if not for that.

But is there any such evidence to show that heavy exercising and/or
eating cooked food is desirable or necessary? Certainly moderate
exercise and raw foods are much desirable.

If you want to eat cooked or partake in heavy exercise - go right ahead.
Or if you want to go get pregnant, be my guest as well. :)

My "generalizations" aren't just my own experience.

And I haven't been trying to get everyone to eat my diet, but I have
been trying to get something solid by way of alleged value or necessity
of eating cooked food.

Jean-Louis as well as you and everyone else are free to eat and do
whatever you please. I merely gave suggestions, not demands.

I admit that cooked potatoes can be deemed more "tasty" than raw ones,
however, I personally give health & well-being precedence over taste. I
set high standards. Cooked food doesn't meet my standards.

Wes
