For me it's sometimes a fine line between craving and eating when
something tastes good, I am hungry for it, and my body wants it. I can
usually tell what's a craving if I keep eating it even when I'm not
hungry, and especially if I eat it to cover up uncomfortable feelings. If
I got into bread again, I suspect it would be craving and I wouldn't want
to stop. If I have to force myself to stop, for sure it's a craving. I
think foods that cause me to crave contain more toxins than I want.
Toxins are stimulants and my food addictions were an addiction to them.

My best, Ellie
