Re: the resources. It's stunning to me what's available on the net now as
compared to only a couple months ago. It is kinda exciting, and does "help
one get to a higher level" as Meredith says.

I just want to make a plug for veg-raw subscribers to submit to the
"community page" at

JR's really putting in a major effort on that page and it will be truly
great if people contribute their personal touch/story. Transitioners,
rawists, whoever.

"Networking" is everyone's responsibility, not just those like JR and Chet
Day and Ward Nicholson, not to mention our humble veg-raw folk Elly
Gittens, Michael Clingman, and Peter Brandt--all who are dedicating huge
amounts of time and energy to make it happen. (Thanks!!)

Extend yourself if you expect it to happen.

My soap box is now melting and I'll slide back down to earth... :)
