It might not appear, or be intermittent. My energy came and went when
on 100% raw vegan regimes.

Tom:
6 months is really not long enough to assess the efficacy of a
maintenence
diet. Most Westerners have ample reserves to cover any nutritional
deficiencies in the period.

PS separate note. I find it hard to believe that anyone can get by,
long-term, on only 1000 calories per day. The few such cases I have
had
any insight into, are dubious in the extreme (i.e., no credibility).
