Hi All,

I've been sharing on this list about some self-help measures in my
article that speed recovery from emotional illness including the food
addiction. Already five people have used the self-help measures for only
about six weeks and have recovered.

Some of you have been sharing with me one to one about the self-help
measures in my article and you might also want to join another list
where we have been welcomed to share about the self-help measures. This
list is on Emotional Wellness (see the link in the Author Note in my
article) It is a safe place to release and redirect our justifiable
anger and heal.

Alice Miller wrote that if we had had witnesses to our justifiable anger
as children we might not have developed addictions to food or any other
substances. It is not too late to witness each other and give each
other the gift of a speedy recovery.
