All the more reason to be your own guru, your own health authority. To
learn to listen to your own body and follow its signals accordingly. All the
intense arguments over theory and practice seem like huge energy sinks
to me when there's such a wealth of good information (and bad) out there
from which we can each pick and choose to individualize our own health
programs... and I think most health programs have to change and adapt
all the time, anyway.

Long live gurus and critics, allopaths and cynics, for they spin the stuff on
which so many of us feed. :)
