Three years ago today, May 22, 1995, the first message was posted to
raw-food, then veg-raw. It has been quite a ride since then with the list
going through many changes including the name change and switching to
searchable archives.  Raw-food remains today the only on-line forum that
welcomes the discussion of all raw-food diets and I appreciate you all for
making this possible.  :-)

The list is in good shape with 134 subscribers, up twenty the last couple
of months.  The nationality breakdown is as follows:  Germany = 9, Canada =
3, France = 2,  Brazil = 2, Finland = 1, Japan = 1, Italy = 1, Australia =
1  New Zealand = 1 and with a few possible exceptions the rest from the US.
 The participation rate was last month 33%  with an average of 10 messages
a day.

I welcome our new subscribers and hope that you will feel inspired to share
