hours later did arrive, so please ignore/delete if you recieve multiple

Tom:
About 1 year ago, I searched for research on sunflower seed sprouts - no luck
in finding anything substantial at the time. That search was not as thorough
as a search I would do today. However, it suggests such research might be old
or difficult to find. There is a lot of research on sprouted legumes, grains,
but surprisingly little on sprouted sunflower. Most people are not even aware
that almonds can be sprouted.

At some time in the future, I may look for more info on sunflower. If I
do, and find some relevant research, will post a note at that time.

Regards,
Tom Billings
