Wow, thanks for the information!
I would have guessed that SWEET potatoes would have a higher index
than potatoes!  So much for intuition and reasoning :-)

Carrots and tomatoes are high - ouch!

Maybe this means that our ancestors were continually 'grazing' before
they became hunters. Consequentially the reservoir seldom overflowed?
