for info on sprouting, check the articles section of:

http://www.living-foods.com

LOTS of info (all free) there on sprouting.

The claim that you MUST follow a particular diet for healing is bogus.
Diets are individual. One can find healing stories on: macrobiotic
(~100% cooked, and not-necessarily-vegan), the cooked diets of Drs.
Ornish, McDougall, Pritikin; the Zone; ketogenic (non-vegan, cooked);
as well as raw diets. There are healing stories for instincto
(raw, non-vegan), and the vegan diets as well: living foods, natural
hygiene. There are even healing stories (short-term) for the most
extreme raw vegan diet - fruitarianism (but we have seen examples on
this list of the deleterious mental effects of a long-term fruit
diet :-)).
