Thanks to Jean-Louis Tu for another excellent post! I wanted to quickly
comment on one point.

Jean-Louis:

>course, you will ask "are any raw fooders suffering from heart disease?"

Tom:
I would mention here that I personally know one long-time raw vegan who
suffered from heart disease (that person had several heart attacks).
Also, T.C. Fry died of what was, effectively, heart disease - a blood clot
became a stroke, and there was evidence of atherosclerosis per the
autopsy. Of course, some will say that Fry cheated on the diet - there is
an eyewitness account of him binge-eating, in the November 1996 issue of the
"Health & Beyond" newsletter. The other point to note is that (in my opinion),
most, perhaps all, of the current "leaders" of the fruitarian movement
probably cheat as well...

Regards,
Tom Billings
