Hi Tom,

What do you think happens with the cooked veggies in excess (I
understand about spices being irritants, stimulants, etc.)?  I know that
raw food has a higher redox potential at the cell wall (although I never
did too well at complicated cell biology) and that the "cellulose box"
gets broken down when the veggies are cooked.  Mary J.
