The caps are not neccessary but are ok. or if you like the web
interface
then go to http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/CGI/wa.exe?SUBED1=yeast-l&A=1
and subscribe/signoff there. You can also set your list parameters,
e.g.
digest, etc. You can do this for any list on maelstrom by replacing
the
list name in the above URL. For raw-food you would use
http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/CGI/wa.exe?SUBED1=raw-food&A=1
