Hi Peter,

I found it interesting that you got the source of the NFL book. I have
the short form of "Raw Eating" by A.T. Hovanessian (he also calls him-
self Aterhov). It's a very radical book. But it is understandable in
his case, because he lost two children due to wrong nutrition. Such ex-
periences are suited to convert people into zealots. Also I find he
writes honestly: it's really his opinion. E.g. he calls mothers who feed
their children with cooked food murderers.

Nevertheless I find his book might be the right one for some special
people. On the other hand the NFL book seems to be simply ridiculous. A copied
opinion is not the same as an own opinion.

Thanks for the comparison and don't waste your time with NFL in future.
