Thanks for your comments. Also, that's great that you have had positive
experiences with enemas/colonics. I wasn't aware that Aajonus was
_completely_ against them; I had thought that he merely cautioned that they
were very extreme ways of cleansing that could leave the body stripped of
healthy digestive fluids. The bottom line is, if it works for you, that's
what's important. I have heard both positive and negative experiences with
enemas/colonics. Thanks again for your helpful comments.
